We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The location is really convenient, just a few steps away from the train station which makes it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and a nice view. The facilities are top-notch, with a great gym and a relaxing pool. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of choices, and we really appreciated the friendly service from the staff. The only downside was the difficulty in communicating with the staff at times.

The hotel was in a good location. There was a train station not far away.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is unbeatable. It is very close to Koshien-hanshin station, making it extremely convenient to explore both Osaka and Kobe. In fact, this hotel is directly next to the station, so you can easily hop on a train and be in the city center in no time.

All in all, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families. They offer a range of facilities, such as a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, that provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Nishinomiya and it was a great experience. The rooms were quite spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast was delectable with a wide selection of food to choose from, including some great bread. The key location next to the subway made travelling to Kobe and Osaka very easy.

There were a few drawbacks. We had a problem locating the hotel parking lot, and it would have been great if someone had helped us with the luggage as it was difficult for my elderly relatives.

The room was outdated and in dire need of some renovations. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with moldy tiles and a faulty showerhead.
